Ozwald Boateng Celebrates Black Excellence in London for fashion week 2022.
I had the pleasure of assisting Joanna Cree Brown and the hair team for the Ozwald Boateng’s closing show at the Savoy hotel London. Arriving early to allow time for creating extraordinary hair for 100 models, including a star studied audience with the likes of Idris Elba, Goldie and Dizzee Rascal (to name a few, I also had the pleasure of doing Ivan Elba’s hair for her red carpet look).The vibe was electric in the ballroom, with models, photographers, videographers, dressers and makeup artists. We had 20 hairdressers in the hair team and all systems were go.
I couldn’t be prouder of the hair we created that day and the efficacy of our team.
